Return and Refund Policy

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, customers will receive notifications about the shipping status via email. Generally, products are dispatched within 1-2 days. Refusal to accept the product at the time of delivery will not be entertained, and no refunds will be issued in such cases. Products are eligible for return if they are defective, damaged, or not as described, provided the complaint or return request is registered within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers are advised to inspect their purchases upon delivery. If a product arrives defective, damaged, or not as ordered, it is crucial to report this immediately. The request for return must be made within the specified time frame of 48 hours to ensure eligibility.

Conditions for Return/Replacement

Returns and replacements are accepted under several circumstances. If a wrong product, in terms of color, size, or style, is delivered, or if an incorrect item was ordered or delivered, a return or replacement is justified. Unsatisfactory products, which may be inauthentic, of low quality, or expired, also qualify. Defective products with manufacturing defects or non-functioning issues are eligible for return, although this does not apply if the product falls under the manufacturer's warranty.

In cases of damaged products, whether due to physical damage or tampered packaging, returns are accepted. Additionally, if there is a discrepancy in the quantity, such as missing products or parts, these are valid grounds for returns or replacements. It's important to note that the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee.

Conditions Where Returns/Replacement Requests Will Not Be Accepted

Not all return or replacement requests will be honored. Products that have been altered or used will not be accepted for return. Furthermore, products returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, and accessories, will not be considered. If the serial number on the product is tampered with, the return request will be denied.

Defective products that are covered under the seller or manufacturer’s warranty and reported after seven days of delivery will not be accepted for return. Similarly, damaged or missing products reported after two days of delivery are ineligible for returns or replacements. Products sold under specific promotions, as mentioned on the product page and terms and conditions page, are also excluded from return policies.
